Platform Policy
Structural and integrity standards that govern all events created on this platform.
Public Access & Community Eligibility
Events must take place in spaces that serve a community or public function and are accessible for organised community activity. Cleanups conducted solely for private residential benefit or personal property maintenance are not permitted.
Location Accuracy & Geographic Integrity
The declared cleanup polygon, gathering point, address, and map link must accurately represent the intended cleanup area and must not be misleading, exaggerated, duplicated, or fabricated.
Event Authenticity
Events must represent genuine, good-faith community cleanup activities and must not be fabricated, misrepresented, duplicated, or created solely to generate platform metrics.
Organiser Identity & Representation
Organisers must accurately represent their identity and affiliation. Impersonation or misleading representation is prohibited.
Participation & Impact Integrity
Participant attendance, duration, and capacity declarations must reflect genuine voluntary community participation. Events conducted primarily through paid, contracted, or outsourced labour are not permitted.
Submission & Verification Integrity
All submitted information, attendance records, and supporting materials must truthfully correspond to the conducted event and must not include altered, reused, staged, fabricated, or misleading data.
Safety & Operational Responsibility
Organisers must ensure reasonable safety planning, waste disposal arrangements, and responsible event execution consistent with their declared confirmations.
Platform Integrity & Abuse Prevention
Users must not exploit platform systems, coordinate deceptive activity, create artificial amplification, or attempt to manipulate governance safeguards or impact tracking mechanisms.
Report a Concern
If you believe an event violates this policy — location misuse, false information, paid labour misuse, identity misrepresentation, or impact manipulation — write to us. Include the event title or link and a clear description of your concern.
