Respectful Participation
All participants and organisers must treat one another with dignity and respect.
Non-Discrimination
Harassment, hate speech, intimidation, or discrimination based on religion, caste, gender, ethnicity, political belief, disability, or socioeconomic status is not permitted.
Non-Partisan & Non-Promotional Conduct
Events must remain focused on civic cleanup activities and must not be used to promote political campaigns, religious recruitment, commercial advertising, ideological messaging, or involve the display or installation of campaign materials, banners, posters, or permanent promotional content at cleanup sites.
Safety, Environmental Responsibility & Public Conduct
Safety and environmental responsibility are priorities at all events. Organisers and participants are expected to take reasonable precautions, use appropriate protective measures, follow safety briefings, exercise due care when handling waste materials, and conduct activities in a manner that does not obstruct traffic, create public nuisance, or involve unsafe or environmentally harmful practices, including the burning of collected waste.
No Exploitation or Coercion
Participation must be voluntary. Organisers must not coerce attendance or mislead participants.
Appropriate Use of Platform
Users must not use the platform to harass others, spread misinformation, solicit unrelated services, or engage in abusive communication.
Cooperation with Governance
Organisers and participants must cooperate with reasonable administrative inquiries related to safety, integrity, or policy concerns.
Peaceful Conduct & Public Interaction
Participants and organisers must avoid confrontation, verbal escalation, or physical conflict during cleanup activities and should de-escalate disputes or refer them to appropriate authorities.
Responsible Promotion
Event promotion must not involve defacing property, illegal poster placement, unauthorized banner installation, littering of promotional materials, or any activity that contradicts the environmental purpose of the cleanup.
